1. Why I Slouch. Before I publish that one, please answer:

   Do you slouch? Also, did your mom yell at you about your posture? Any theories as to why people slouch?

2. My Father’s Brother: Unk was more of a father to me and my brother than our father was. There will be some baseball in this one. Just sayin’.

3. I’m trying to meditate more. Please tell me what helps you with your practice. I remember to do it when I’m feeling so horribly knotted up with confusion, that I can only be helped by Stopping. Breathing. Noting.

4. In a couple of days, I’ll introduce Captain Erika.

5. Also, the 4th of July is another holiday I have problems with! What exactly is fun?
